Jessi Kirley (she/her) is an experienced leadership guide who grew up in Western Massachusetts, and has lived in Japan, Hawaii, California, and on a scientific schooner for six weeks! She attended Computer and Circus camp as a kid, and around that age, she competed in a Rubik's cube competition, where her best time was 1 minute 7 seconds! These experiences helped form Jessi’s broad leadership views, love for science, and dedication to working with a diversity of people.
Jessi formerly served as the Executive Director of the Family Business Center of Pioneer Valley. She has provided advising and coaching services to small business owners, and launched her own leadership development business, JKirley Collective during the Covid pandemic. She holds a BA from Smith College and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMASS Amherst. Jessi spent nine months training as a Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coach, is a Certified EverythingDiSC Workplace Facilitator, and delivers programs that help leaders build cultures of dignity and high performance. She brings connection, integrity, compassion, authenticity and professional effervescence to her work and volunteer efforts.
Jessi is the proud mother of 3 teens and 2 cats, and outside of work you can find her enjoying time in nature, riding her bike or rock climbing, listening to live music, and hopefully resuming international travel post-pandemic!
